Brief
Organnicraft's project objective was to implement a brand refresh before they launched 5 new strains across 7 Canadian Provinces.
Their brand reputation was established from the legacy market but was missing the company story and character. The team asked if the identify could reflect more of their values (craftsmanship, quality, integrity) and tell the story of their team—a friends and family run business bringing value to the community.
The focus for the brand refresh was to tell the story of the Western Canadian environment, from the Pacific sea to the vistas of the Okanagan and the Old Growth forests and tall peaks of the mountains. Each strain represents an experience and embodies different characteristics of the Western landscape.
The colour palette and imagery was drawn from these scenic locations to encapsulate life full experience of each strain's scent, smoke and sensation. We chose a serif font to represent the established reputation and a sans-serif supporting font to indicate a sense of approachability and youthfulness.
